Is Medric Cadet the Most Driven Service Coordinator in the State?
As Lead Service Coordinator of Alliance Services for TBI Medric Cadet has reestablished the Service Coordination Program as the premier provider of TBI Intake for community living in New York State.
I mean really, it takes a special person to streamline the Nursing Home Diversion and Transition Intake program in the agency!
Alliance Services has also become a leader in developing Professional Profiles for there employees to help their clients and the family feel secure about the individual working with them.
Most importantly after spending 5 thousand hours in the field helping TBI survivors meet their goals of living beyond TBI, Medric Cadet was given a special gift by KING MOVERS. LLC. to be King for a Day. An all expense paid luxury appreciation package which included pick up and drop off car service to each destination, manicure & pedicure and dinner at 5-star restaurant.
Don’t even get me started on the interview of Why, Medric is Living Beyond TBI! He says "A sense of purpose is what drives me. I am engage in a work that add meaning and value to people's lives." The interview is one of my favorite because you can really see what makes Medric a great service professional!!
